Deportivo 2-6 Real: Rodriguez brace, Morata shines in CR7 absence!

Alvaro Morata scored a goal and had an assist as Real Madrid bounced back from the weekend's El Clasico defeat by hammering Deportivo 6-2 at Riazor.Morata led the line for Real in Wednesday's La Liga fixture as coach Zinedine Zidane opted to rest star man Cristiano Ronaldo for the trip and the Spaniard took less than a minute to open the scoring with a fierce near post finish. It was all one-way traffic after that as the visitors racked up a 6-2 victory with James Rodriguez leading the way with a brace while Lucas Vazquez, Isco, and Casemiro also got themselves on the score sheet.
