Schalke 2-0 Leipzig: New boss Tedesco off to perfect start!

Nabil Bentaleb's penalty and a counter-attacking finish from Yevhen Konoplyanka handed Schalke a 2-0 win over Leipzig in front of their new manager Domenico Tedesco, who is just 31-years-old. Bentaleb gave Schalke the lead on 43 minutes, before Konoplyanka doubled their lead in the 73rd minute from Amine Harit's through pass. Last season's runners-up Leipzig were unable to create any clear chances as the home side held on for the win.
