Feyenoord 0-4 Man City: Stones proves attack is best defence with brace

Manchester City opened their Champions League campaign in utterly dominant fashion, trouncing Dutch champions 4-0 with John Stones getting up twice at the other end to head home. His first came courtesy of Tonny Vilhena’s gaffe allowing the ball to bobble through his legs on the line. The comedy of errors didn’t stop there, as the wily Gabriel Jesus was allowed the easiest of finishes after Feyenoord stopped playing to protest for an offside.
