Werder Bremen 1-2 Schalke: Clearance becomes hilarious OG

Lamine Sane had his head in his hands after he opened the scoring for Werder Bremen against Schalke but was ultimately responsible for their 2-1 home defeat. The defender lashed home a powerful strike to get the Weserstadion crowd on their feet but his fans had their hands on their head after his overhead kick clearance at a corner came off the back of his team-mates head and into his own net! From there, it was down to Leon Goretzka to apply the finishing touches, scoring the winner for Schalke.
