Blunders galore as Japan trounce Singapore in AFC U-19 qualifier!
Japan hammered Singapore 7-0 in the AFC U-19 Cup qualifiers held in Mongolia.Playing in severe snow, Singapore were clearly uncomfortable and conceded after just three minutes to Hiroki Ito's header from a corner kick. The striker then followed it up with a tame shot which was saved, but the keeper couldn't hold on and pushed the ball into his own net. Defender Yuta Nakamura added another via his head before Yuta Goke converted a penalty. The Singapore goalkeeper then failed to hold onto a tame cross and parried the ball perfectly for Tanaka Riku to score the fifth. Kyosuke Tagawa added another from the penalty spot after a handball and substitute Takumu Kawamura sealed the win after easily walking past two defenders to score.
