Hannover 1-1 Stuttgart: Arsenal's Asano nets first top flight goal

Arsenal's Japanese forward Takuma Asano, on loan to Stuttgart, netted his first goal in Germany's top flight as his side drew 1-1 with Hannover. Asano opened the scoring on 24 minutes, after goalkeeper Philipp Tschauner had spilled Christian Gentner's fierce drive right into Asano's path for an easy rebound finish. But the hosts slowly fought back in the second half and were rewarded in the 76th minute when Matthias Ostrzolek was fouled in the area, allowing Niclas Fullkrug to smash home the penalty for the equaliser.
