Gattuso: Late equaliser by goalkeeper worse than being stabbed

AC Milan manager Gennaro Gattuso's first match in charge ended in disappointment with the dismissal of Alessio Romagnoli and a late equaliser from goalkeeper Alberto Brignoli, as 10-man Milan drew 2-2 with Benevento. Gattuso, who replaced sacked Vincenzo Montella last week, told the media after the match: "It burns, it hurts, it would have been preferable to be stabbed. I never expected to concede a goal to the goalkeeper in the 95th minute."
