Frankfurt 2-2 Schalke: Title contenders rally after Haller backheel


Schalke rallied from going two goals down at Eintracht Frankfurt to fight back and draw 2-2. Sebastien Haller threatened to put the hosts out of sight with a sumptuous backheel after the hour mark, but lapses at the back allowed Domenico Tedesco’s men to fight back through Breel Embolo and Naldo! The Miners, who are second in the table, will see it as a point gained rather than two dropped, even if the stalemate saw Bayern Munich go 11 points clear of them at the top of the Bundesliga.
