RB Leipzig 3-1 Schalke: Keita strikes in Battle of the Bridesmaids win

Liverpool target Naby Keita scored the opener to fire RB Leipzig to a 3-1 win over Schalke. The midfielder, who could yet move to Anfield this month, put aside speculation to earn his side all three points over their direct competitors to finish as eventual Bundesliga bridesmaids behind Bayern Munich. Coveted striker Timo Werner later stole the show, coming off the bench after the hour mark to score and then assist Bruma’s clincher to send Ralph Hasenhuttl’s upstarts second in the table.
