Jordy Clasie's heroic attempt to clear the ball ends with OG!
Dutch international Jordy Clasie was probably trying a little too hard to be the hero for new side Club Brugge. The Southampton midfielder is on a season long loan with the Belgian First Division A side, and scored an own goal in stoppage time as Brugge slumped to a 1-1 draw at Waasland-Beveren.Clasie put the ball into his own net with an acrobatic attempt to clear a shot from under his own crossbar while facing goal. But he sliced the ball into his own net. To make matters worse the shot was deemed to have been going off target until Clasie's intervention thus resulting in the OG status.
