Bali Utd throw away two-goal lead to lose 3-2 at Yangon

Bali United blew a two-goal lead to lose 3-2 against Yangon United in the AFC Cup, with the hosts sealing their spot in the zonal semi-finals. It had all started so differently for the Liga 1 outfit who raced in front through Ilija Spasojevic and Nyoman Sukarja goals in the first half. But Maung Maung Lwin halved Yangon’s deficit right before the break before producing a midfield masterclass after, setting up Emmanuel Ikechukwu’s equaliser and then Sekou Sylla's winner after.
