Bayern 5-1 Gladbach: Alaba stunner as champions run riot

Bayern Munich came from behind to beat Borussia Monchengladbach 5-1 in their first Bundesliga match since being crowned champions. Jupp Heynckes rested several first-team players but the champions were still too strong for Gladbach, easily overturning Josip Drmic's opener on nine minutes after Sandro Wagner netted a double. Thiago Alcantara, David Alaba, and Robert Lewandowski also got on the scoresheet to seal the turnaround.
