Atlanta United waste chances as New England Revs fight back 1-1


Teal Bunbury made Atlanta United pay for their profligacy in front of goal, firing New England Revolution back to a 1-1 MLS comeback draw with his late penalty. The visitors had Brad Friedel's men on the ropes from start to finish but were unable to add to Josef Martinez’s opener despite hitting the bar and seeing a shot cleared off the line, as Bunbury tucked home from the spot to give Atlanta an undeserved but not unwelcome point.
